ever since discovering k-pop in early 2015, exo has been my main ult for five years and counting. i became a fan a little earlier than exodus era, and a little before they became ot9. i was only a casual netizen searching up for new genres to delve into, until i decided to give k-pop a try, liking now-disbanded group mblaq, and eventually became an exo-l by discovering growl and watching exo's showtime.

i became a fan immediately after debut. prior to being a k-pop fan, i was a huge follower of rock music (all time low being my favorite band). their breakout hit rooftop is something i will always be thankful of, and i hope they will get even more recognition in the future. stan n.flying!

being his fan is probably the most unexpected thing to happen to me. during his wanna one days, he was the member that caught my attention, having watched a few of their variety shows (i.e., weekly idol, master key), but i never really came around.

it was only until march 2020 that i stumbled upon the drama at eighteen on netflix. i always had a clue of what seongwu's real personality was, but his role as choi jun-woo was completely different from his actual persona. a jack-of-all-trades, truly an all-around entertainer — i have successfully been converted into a fan.
